Domingo Saravia is the Founding Pastor of Ministerio Uncion Fresca  AKA Fresh Anointing Church in San Antonio Texas . He was called to San Antonio in 2009 to minister to gang members and drug addicts when He himself Was delivered From Gangs and Drug Addiction.

In 2015, Domingo Saravia returned to "The streets of San Antonio" to establish City of Truth  Ministries International. As the pastor of the church, he faithfully leads this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.

Domingo Saravia has a strong burden to encourage and strengthen Families throughout the world. Domingo holds a Ordination through Pray-Tell Ministries out of Kenosha Wisconsin.
