Dr. Domingo Saravia M.A.B.S. P.hD. T.hD. is the Founder and Senior Pastor of City of Truth Ministries. Former Pastor of Ministerio Uncion Fresca Which still remains as Fresh Anointing Church a bi- lingual Church,Domingo currently holds a Ordination under Pray-Tell Ministries out of Kenosha Wisconsin since 2012.

Dr. Rachel Saravia M.A.E.D, P.hD. C.C is the wife of Dr. Domingo Saravia co founder of City of Truth Ministries and Director of The Women's Fellowship.  

Rachel holds a Ordination under City of Truth Ministries and is also a Professor  at CTBI City of Truth Bible Institute.
